The Sisterhood:

"Zeta Tau Alphas sisterhood is based on our nine key values Lifelong Learning, Being Rather than Seeming, Humility, Seeking Understanding that We Might Gain True Wisdom, Responsibility, Leadership, Loyalty and Commitment, Service and Philanthropy, and Love (the greatest of all things!). Sisterhood to us is having someone who will always back you up no matter what, and who will help pick you up when you’re down. Being apart of Zeta means you gain sisters for life who will be there for you through all the ups and downs it can bring. Whether it’s a movie night after a long day, our weekly bingo games, or just hanging out in the house, whatever it may be that is what sisterhood looks like in Zeta Tau Alpha

Philanthropy

Breast Cancer Awareness & Education

Zeta Tau Alpha’s national philanthropy is breast cancer education and awareness. One in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime, so this cause is personal. Breast cancer touches many lives.

Through local and national partnerships, campus and community initiatives, and the distribution of millions of pink ribbons since 1992, ZTA collegiate and alumnae members are dedicated to our philanthropy. By spreading the message of breast cancer education and awareness, ZTA sisters are determined to diminish this disease.
